In My Shopping Bag (84)

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme hosted by Kristi at The Story Siren.
Through her guidelines, your post does not actually have to be named the same and thus my post shall be..."In My Shopping Bag".  (just fits with the "foodie" theme a bit better in my humble opinion)
Let's take a peek inside my shopping bag this week....

Review

Breadcrumbs by Anne Ursu

You have to love when a person in publishing knows your tastes oh-so-well.  Kellie recommended this upcoming title and after a looksie through the information about the story....I couldn't pass it up.  Release date on this title is 9/27/11.  Watch for the review closer to the book birthday....

Glow by Amy Kathleen Ryan

This was a happy surprise when it arrived on my doorstep.  It came with a congratulatory note on winning a copy but umm...I don't recall entering for me.  O_O  either way, yay me!  It DOES look/sound good though.  Can't wait to dive in....scheduled release date is set for 09/27/11.

Pretty by Jillian Lauren

Another unexpected arrival, the story is definitely original (when compared to what I've read thus far) but it sounds like it will definitely hold your attention.  We shall see.  Official release date is set for August 30th....be on the look out.

Received

You may remember a little competition (Mystery Times Ten) thrown by a great little publisher (Buddhapuss Ink) several months back.  Well, I was one of the three bloggers on the judging panel....yep.  It was a great honor and a lot of fun...and a lot of hard work!  Hey, reading is fun but "judging" is another thing altogether.  Anywho....I received a package this past week that brought that experience right back to life.  A copy of the book with winning entries....

Mystery Times Ten
...and a brief bio inclusion in the judges section of the book.
^_^

Oh...OH!  One more thing.  A fabulous T-shirt with a saying you can't help but smile at.  Really!  Take a look....

HA!
I love it!  Thank you so much guys!
Be sure to check out their website for more information on this title as well as their upcoming ventures.
