How SFIR (& Friends) Stole Christmas...From the Grinch

Happy holidays, everyone!
We are that much closer to the big day for a lot of folks and in the middle of or just about to start the celebrations for several others....tick tock tick tock....no pressure.  Anywho...I bet you are wondering what this post is all about...am I right?  Set the mood by hitting play on the audio player in the right hand sidebar of my site and then let's review...

------------------------------------------------

How SFIR (& Friends) Stole Christmas...
...From the Grinch

Long title, but well worth the wording.
December has tried to rip the holiday spirit from my grasp, much like the infamous Grinch before his heart grew three sizes, but thanks to the call of Satisfaction for Insatiable Readers and all of you...a thread of the season's cheer remains.  {Holidays hugs for all!}

Okay, so perhaps it's more appropriate to call it an ember, after what's been happening of recent days and then top put the icing on the cake so to speak, my "bought-one-year-ago-brand-new" car decided to give the battery an impromptu farewell (yeah...it died...*grr*)...but even after all this, the ember is still there.  In the real world, it's harder to see, but online it flourishes as so many things do.  To keep it alive and spread some holiday cheer, how about a contest?  Sound good?
Here we go!

The prizes...
(...yes, that says prizes...as in multiple winners...)

You have the chance to win one of three bookishly fun prize packs.

The rules...
Let's keep them short and sweet shall we?
PRIZE PACKS are for those entering with US/CANADA mailing addresses ONLY.  Sorry guys but as I'm footing the shipping and my funds are low, I gotta keep it a tad more "local" so to speak.
Entries will be accepted from December 13th, 2010 through midnight CST on January 7th, 2011.
The winners will hopefully be contacted and announced by Monday, January 10th, 2011.
If you do not include your mailing address in your entry, you will have 48 hours to respond to my email with it...otherwise, a new winner will be chosen.

Sound good?
Are we in the holly jolly spirit yet?
Well alrighty then, what are you waiting for?
Ho HO hO!

I mean...GO GO GO...enter, spread the word, and get that holiday spirit flowing far and wide.
After all, it's beginning to look a lot like...well, you know.

Good luck!
Until next time...happy holidays...and happy reading!
