Taste Testing Tuesdays

Welcome back to Satisfaction for Insatiable Readers.  Pardon the brevity of this post but consider proper credits given to the original creators of Teaser Tuesday's if you would please. (Posting from my phone so ya know not so Glam on the copy paste aspect. ^_^)

Today's bookish taste test comes to us from my current read entitled 'The Gift of Illusion' by Richard Brown.  Ready? Here it comes!

"Simmons followed Issac around to the trunk.  Except for a heavy duty flashlight nestled in the back corner next to an emergency roadside kit, the trunk was empty. No jug of gasoline. No lighter fluid. No matches. Not even two twigs to rub together. " - PG 86

Sounds to me like they're looking for a fire bug...or are they? This is certainly a story centered on all things being more than what they seem.  Should be finished shortly with a review coming soon.  Stay tuned...
