Welcome back to my site!

You may notice things going a little differently around here, and I can explain why. For some reason, Blogger took exception to my last two posts, placing them under review because they thought they were spam. They reviewed them, and allowed the posts, but it scared the daylights out of me! I mean, I've been blogging for 13+ years, and I've never had that happen. I haven't changed my blogging style for many moons either, so I couldn't/can't fathom what triggered it...but, in the spirit of constantly improving, and trying to appease the virtual gods, I may trim a few things that seem more promotional than intended, hence my opening. I usually said "hi" and welcome to "the name of my site", well...I'm going to assume you know where you are (LOL!), and greet in some random way. Post titles may not say the tour group I'm working with, but you'll know by post's end and by checking out the pictures included in the posts. Like I said, they will be minor changes to you, existential to me, but I'm here to spread the word on my adventures through the pages, and I'm hoping to still be here for many moons to come. Nuff said, now...where were we...oh yes...

Today, we've got the BOOK SPOTLIGHT shining on short story anthology that deals with, well...pretty much what the title refers to; love, loss, and life in between.  It sounds like a moving collection that covers a variety of heart breaking situations, and yet I can't help but feel like there is hope to be found within as well.  I'll let you be the judge....

About the author...

Suzanne lives in Middlesex, England with her husband, two teenagers, a crazy cocker spaniel and an adopted cat that thinks she’s the boss.

Suzanne’s writing journey began at the age of twelve when she completed her first novel. She discovered the fantasy genre in her late teens and has never looked back. Giving up work to raise a family gave her the impetus to take her attempts at novel writing beyond the first draft, and she is lucky enough to have a husband who supports her dream - even if he does occasionally hint that she might think about getting a proper job one day.

Now an author of four novels including the Silent Sea Chronicles trilogy and her debut, Visions of Zarua, Suzanne hopes the dreaded ‘W’ word will never rear its ugly head again!

She loves gardening and has a Hebe (shrub) fetish. She enjoys cooking with ingredients from the garden and regularly feeds unsuspecting guests vegetable-based cakes.

She collects books, is interested in history and enjoys wandering around castles and old ruins whilst being immersed in the past. She likes to combine her love of nature and photography on family walks, but most of all she loves to escape with a great film, binge watch TV shows, or soak in a hot bubble bath with an ice cream and a book.
