I Love You, Always, Forever

Charlie Dean

About the book...
Life is full of highs and lows, but it’s who helps us through that counts.

Stumbling across her teenage diaries in her childhood home, Charlie is instantly transported to the 1990s.

Charlie relives all the emotions and feelings as memories come flooding back, from first kiss to first love and everything in between.

Back in the present and Charlie discovers that even in the darkest of times, light and laughter can ALWAYS be found.

A heartfelt journey through life, from teenage angst to the trials and tribulations of adulthood. Family love, friendship and romance weave throughout but who will love you, always, forever?

This was such a sweet novel, but it had me on a roller coaster of emotion!

From the start, I was convinced Charlie and her brother were meeting at their childhood home because they lost a parent. They did in fact, lose a parent, but not at this moment in time. Then I was certain Christian was going to be a flash in the pan of love, there one moment, gone the next, and yet he turns out to be keeper. The reappearance of Joey (a reunion 30 years in the making) sent my heart soaring, and while it still could soar unencumbered, it wasn't for the reasons I was assuming. What does all that mean?

It means that this story will capture your heart, mind, and soul. It means that sometimes the one made for us isn't the one we expected, and happy endings can come true. It means no life is perfect, but the tough times we get through make us stronger, and there's never any shame in accepting an open hand or heart. It means I got to spend my time between the pages with characters I've grown to know and care for, as if they were my own besties by my side.
