Are you an avid reader looking for your next "fix"? Can't bear to be without some form of reading material in your spare time? Welcome to my world! Whether you are seeking a new book to "feed your need", or you are an author seeking an unbiased point of view on your own recent masterpiece, this is the place to be. With life as with books, you never know where the next step might take you...

QUICK NOTE...Update: 10/10/19

Good news: We're back home! Bad news: It's like Apocalypse Heck Part III.

The one year Hurricane Michael anniversary is already here. Where did the time go...and yet it feels like forever. You don't realize how much you take for granted until it's all gone. I'm grateful my family/fur babies survived, and I know they are just "things", but sadly, in this life, those "things" help us get through every day. So yes, "happy" yet not. Every day is still a struggle...not just for my family, but so many others.

Thanks for stopping by and sharing my bookish adventures. It helps remind me I'm not alone in this crazy journey called life.

I confess to not being much of an animal lover, but those covers are sooo adorable!

Too cute.

This ex-library book caught my eye this morning - The Turquoise Ring by Grace Tiffany features the fictional Judith Shakespeare, daughter of William.

Too cute! I really love the Lawless Labs book, and who wouldn't benefit from kitten therapy?

Adorable covers! Kitten therapy sounds like it would work.

Speaking of kitten therapy, have you seen the video of the mama cat hugging her baby kitten while they sleep? It's so cute you'll explode!

(In case you didn't see it, it's here: ) :D
