In My Shopping Bag

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme hosted by Kristi at The Story Siren.
Through her guidelines, your post does not actually have to be named the same and thus my post shall be..."In My Shopping Bag".  (just fits with the "foodie" theme a bit better in my humble opinion)

Let's take a peek inside my shopping bag this week....
....and from the past few weeks.  Yup, haven't had a chance to do this post for a bit so BE PREPARED FOR BOOKISH GOODNESS AHEAD!  ^_^

Arranged: A Novel by Catherine McKenzie

Can't wait to check out this new adventure from the author that brought us the uber creepy Escape From Furnace series.  I've read all but the last (which I'm doing here shortly) and will be sharing all of them right here on the site!

Loved the first, can't wait to check out the second!

Saw this one featured on a friend's site (*cough* There's a Book *cough*) once upon a time...looked good so I had to check it out.

666 Park Avenue by Gabriella Pierce
The story sounds intriguing and what's this...there's a TV series based on it?  *-*
Picked Up
(aka rescued from the store because it looked TOO GOOD to miss!)

The Chronicles of Egg, Book 1:  Deadweather and Sunrise by Geoff Rodkey (ARC)

Alright so this category is BIG this time around....we had a store closing locally (sad...not a bookstore, but still sad) and I stopped once or twice over the last week or two, including the final day to see what I could see.  What did I score?  A lot of great titles and a few that will be going into a giveaway for all of YOU come next month.  Here's a peek....

Alexia561: I lived Mackler's work TANGLED but I've never read the other author's writing before. Curious to see how it goes. (Yes...Pippy is cute, she knows it...but she doesn't flaunt it. ^_^)

Juju: Agreed! You can't see, but Pippy is waving back. ^_^
