Sadie and Law are a match made in...Marrywell!

Seriously, from the initial meet cute moment to all that transpires before day six of the Matchmaker Festival, this was story adorable! Okay, well it did have a few hotter moments, but overall, it's sweet! He has an unexpected breakdown delaying him from a betrothal he never wanted. She gets saddled with the hellos and how dos, mistaken for the help in lieu of the lady of the house, and more than a few monley wrenches thrown in her plans for participating in this year's festival. But fate is a fickle mistress, and works on her own time schedule, thus love never quite showing up when expected... and these two have more than a few sparks brewing between them. Will they fizzle out thanks to unforeseen events or will they ignite into something that can't be ignored, nay shouldn't be ignored when the real thing is found?

Honestly, I loved this one from start to finish. True, I wanted to throttle a few characters... like those that made light of her past, those that took matters into their own hands, and those that didn't deserve to be acknowledged to begin with... but the overall sweetness, the rescue of the maiden fair that didn't need rescuing, and ultimately the almost unreachable ending as it unfolded, warmed my heart, and put a smile on my face. The lengths he would go to win her heart, and yet the care he took in trying to get there. The ease with which Sadie cared for everyone in her circle, so effortlessly, and selflessly. They may have been from different stations, but they were one at heart. 

A great read for Historical Romance fans, and an author I'll definitely be checking out their back list!
