In My Shopping Bag (117)

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme hosted by Kristi at The Story Siren.
Through her guidelines, your post does not actually have to be named the same and thus my post shall be..."In My Shopping Bag".  (just fits with the "foodie" theme a bit better in my humble opinion)
Though this post is usually seen on a Sunday, alas...I was not able to post it this weekend.  Fortunately, the use of this post does not dictate a mandatory posting day and so I give you today's feature.
Let's take a peek inside my shopping bag from this past week....

REVIEW

The Toadhouse Trilogy (Book 1) by Jess Lourey
Released: August 1st

The delivery of this one included your usual promo information but also three glow in the dark neon bracelets...wonder if I'll need them when reading this one.... *-*  Review coming later this year...

The Not So Wicked, Wicked Witch! by Amy Carter

Love the delivery on this one, as in the actual package contents...came with a pink boa that matches the "witch" shown on the cover!  Review coming this October...

A new YA lit selection to indulge in...stay tuned for the blog tour swinging through next month with your chance to win!

Twelve Months by Steven Manchester

Lovely cover, is it not?  What would you do if you only had twelve months left in your life?  Good question and a literary journey I'll be taking later this year...

Ghost Town by Jason Hawes and Grant Wilson
Release Date: October 9th, 2012
(courtesy of Gallery Books)
Thoroughly enjoyed my first romp through the Ghost Hunters fiction adventure....can't wait to see what's in store this time around.

Penguin's Hidden Talent by Alex Latimer
I Want to Help by Diane Adams
(courtesy of Peachtree Publishers)
The first is out now and the second is coming this September.  All I can say is that I can't wait to check out the stories within because the artwork definitely has my attention.

The Landing by John Herrick
Release Date: August 28th, 2012

You may remember that once upon a time I reviewed another title from this author...if not, feel free to seek it out.  The book was called From the Dead.  High hopes for this novel; fingers crossed.

Penguin's Hidden Talent looks super cute.

You got tons of books this week and somehow the only one I've heard of before is WICKED. Much investigation to be done.

Happy reading!
