For those of a certain age, you may have heard of the K.I.S.S. method of approaching unknown situations. Well, that certainly applies here and little Piglette might have learned it a harder way than necessary, but the kindness shown by Madame Paradee combined with the delight of the guests over her wonderful concoction were enough to help her turn that frown upside down. It's a great reminder that the best things in life aren't necessarily perfect, but they are perfect for us. It's always the thought that counts and the fact that Piglette took the time to create such a masterpiece for Madame was what truly thrilled here not its size, mass, or composition.
The final results...a sweet treat destined for wee little readers to want to read again and again, and with the lovely illustrations coupled with the messages from the heart, you can't go wrong!
