Thanks for blogging about that cover. This is actually the third of four (soon to be five) covers done by an amazing artist -- Bill Mayer. I give his art a lot of credit for helping make these books so popular.

AH, the poor weenie - a much better word than hotog which is what we call them. Mind you hotdog is probably a more accurate word in this instance.

Oh! Love it! I think I just got a new one for review from this very author. I pretty much devoured the first half standing in my kitchen when I opened it. I just love the illustrations! Too cute!

Wow...would you look at that? The author stopped by with some great info! Be sure to check it out!

David Lubar: My pleasure! I can certainly see why you give credit to Mr. Mayer...titles and stories go a long way but the right cover art can help draw readers to those that were previously unknown to them. Thanks for stopping by! ^_^

Petty Witter: LOL...yeah....we call them that here as well, just depends on where you're from. ^_^

The1stdaughter: Really? Small reading world! It looks like it would be funny, I have to agree....can't wait to read your review. ^_^

Cleverly Inked: *nods*
