Hi there readers!
Happy Friday!
Today was actually going to feature a gust of fun from the fab "Be Nicholson's Agent" event but as the Sister Hazel band said...life got in the way. Still, no need to fret. Thanks to the wonders that are smartphones I can totally bring the fun (albeit in a slightly smaller way) anyway thus giving you something to look forward to tomorrow. Sound good? ^_^ So if you haven't heard of the event, the prizes to be won, or the great author that is featured (even more so with the time of year, especially when reading choices turn to the darker side of things)...I suggest thee get acquainted. Just click on the link in the right side bar under contests. Be sure to check back tomorrow for a new scoop of horror-tastic fun.
I leave you now with a Roving Reader find that's sure to get you in the mood for a good classic scare (much like that aforementioned author)...with a twist that gives it not only further cover appeal but reader appeal as well ( just look inside the book at your local bookstore, you'll see what I mean).
The Tell Tale Heart by Edgar A Poe, illustrated by Gris Grimly
Cool, right?
Until next time....happy reading!
