In My Shopping Bag (34)

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme hosted by Kristi at The Story Siren.
Through her guidelines, your post does not actually have to be named the same and thus my post shall be..."In My Shopping Bag".  (just fits with the "foodie" theme a bit better in my humble opinion)
Let's take a peek inside my shopping bag from this past week....

For Review
The Wordwick Games, Book 1:  Rise of the Fire Tamer by Kailin Gow
(courtesy of Pump Up Your Book and Sparkle Soup)
Can't wait to read this one...a world where words are your defense...LITERALLY.  Look for the virtual tour to stop by mid July!

Evan Driscol Series:  The Chosen Historian by Randi Ertz
(courtesy of author and CEO Randi Ertz of TLT Publishing)
Sounds like an interesting read with a twist on the vampire genre currently raging in fiction...can't wait!

What He's Poised to Do by Ben Greenman
(courtesy of Amy and Erica at Harper Perennial)
A book about communication through letters....real letter?  Wow!  Should be a blast from the past...  ^_^

House of Dolls by Francesa Lia Block
(courtesy of HarperCollins)
Ooh...unsolicited review package.  Nice!

The Castaways by Elin Hilderbrand
(courtesy of Hachette Book Group)
Look for both a review and giveaway for this title coming soon!

Shoulder Bags and Shootings by Dorothy Howell
(courtesy of FSB Associates)
Sounds like an interesting mystery....

Okay, so they are not books...but still, LOADS of fun!
Yay, GLEE!

AND...for the Got Books? Event....

Five lovely packages courtesy of Sarah at Tilbury House....what's inside?  SIGNED copies of a few of their published works....check out the Got Books? Event site for a peek at what's inside!

That's all for now!
What did you get this week?  Do tell!

Until next time....happy reading!

Some interesting books there. House Of Dolls caught my eye straight away - it's one of those covers I don't know if I like it or find it too busy.

Awesome books...I got the first two myself and can't wait to read both of those. House of Dolls looks really interesting. I can't wait to see what you have to say about that one!
